Original cuvée. Syrah in carbonic maceration. Not filtered, not glued, without added sulphur. A surprising light colour when you know the usual colours of the grape variety. The nose is generously marked by fruits and flowers. The mouth is juicy, aerial, explosive, dominated by the primary aromas and the purity of the fruit. Fine, supple and digestible texture. The day after it gains in scale and finesse in a beautiful nuanced balance reminiscent of Burgundy or the most aerial wines of Beaujolais. A wine that is not as obvious as it seems that it takes time to reveal itself.

Cuvée originale. Syrah en maceration carbonique. Non filtré, non collé, sans apport de souffre. Robe surprenante de légèreté quand on connaît les couleurs habituelles du cépage. Le nez est généreusement marqué par les fruits et les fleurs. La bouche est juteuse, aérienne, explosive, dominé par les arômes primaires et la pureté du fruit. Texture fine, souple et digeste. Le jour d’après il gagne en ampleur et finesse dans un très bel équilibre nuancé qui rappelle la Bourgogne ou les crus les plus aériens du Beaujolais. Ruby color, limpid, fluid. A nose of red fruits, flowers and woody notes from aging. Bouquet, classic and classy nose. On the palate, the attack is balanced, the body is charming, the tannins of oak barrels and the fruit are well mixed, with notes of red fruits and flowers. The finish unfolds on woody tannins and a tangy return. Without great complexity but balanced. The wine falls quickly, to drink on the opening day.

Robe rubis, limpide, fluide. Nez bouqueté, classique et classieux, mêlant fruits rouge, fleurs et notes boisées d’élevage. En bouche l’attaque est équilibrée, le corp est charmeur les tanins de fût de chênes et le fruit sont bien mêlés, sur des notes fruits rouges et fleurs. La finale se déploie sur les tanins boisés et un retour acidulés agréables. Sans grande complexité mais équilibré. Le vin tombe vite, à boire le jour de l’ouverture. — 5 years ago

Biodynamic. Aged in amphorae for 18 months, revealing all the quality of the grape variety, without aging notes:
Malbec: black plum, eucalyptus, menthol, chalky, coffee roast, caramel. Opulent and fresh with a lingering finish of complexity. Very nice bottle, to be enjoyed with savory dishes as well as with chocolate-type desserts. Gastronomic !

Biodynamic. Élevé en amphore pendant 18 mois, laissant transparaître toute qualité du cépage, sans notes d’élevage:
Malbec: prune noire, eucalyptus, menthol, crayeux, torréfaction café, caramel. Opulent et frais avec une finale rémanente de complexité. Très belle bouteille, à déguster avec des plats salés autant qu’avec des desserts type chocolatés. Gastronomique.
