Ultraviolet in the glass with a nose of raspberry, cherry, earthy minerals and saline. The palate is full bodied carnal adventure in the Cote de Nuits bringing polished silky red fruit. First whiff was overwhelming cherry pie. Big fruit on the palate too... the alcohol is barely a hint at the end. Mellowed out after pouring with a bit more acid and earth to cut the fruit. A bit of sediment despite being so young. Not very tannic though and easy drinking. — 6 years ago
