Love this style - obviously from a cool climate, in this case the Central Ranges of NSW. Rich and youthful Spice and Pepper. Also florals plus bacon and dried meat nuances. Gold Medal winner. I would not have known about this micro “mum and dad” Winery unless I had judged at the Toowoomba Wine Show last year. I then ordered a mixed dozen of 6 of this and 6 of their straight Viognier.
