Light garnet color. Very interesting nose and palate of red fruits, rose petals, dried herbs, black tea, bergamot and sweet baking spices. Hint of eucalyptus on the long, complex and earthy finish. Smooth tannins. Lively, bright and very well balanced. Nice concentration for a light bodied wine. Excellent! — 9 months ago
surprisingly spritzy indeed!!! — 4 years ago
I’m not a big fan of Pinot Gris, and the last time I tried an oregano Pinot Gris was probably about 4 years ago when I visited Portland, but this is really nice.
The fragrant nose was full of peach, lime, apricot, chalk, and ad ever so slightly hint of vanilla. Medium to full body with round palate and lovely acidity.

Great wine with roasted chicken. On the sweeter side of most Oregon Pinot Gris, enough acidity to hold up. Well made, love it for the money! — 9 years ago
Perfect sparkling wine! Just enough sweetness. One of my favorites! — 9 years ago

3L. Pear, dried flowers, quite “flinty” very Chablis like. Bright acid on the finish. — 8 months ago
The Eyrie Vineyards, Pinot Gris, from the Dundee Hills of Oregon. Vintage 2017. ABV 12.5%.
Bright citrus and tart melon and cantaloupe notes with some salinity and wet stone influences. Very refreshing and youthful.
Easy to pair with food, we have paired it with roasted bok choy, aubergine, and brown jasmine rice. It goes nicely and doesn’t compete with the tamari and sesame flavors. — 4 years ago
Loved this wine. I dont usually favor pinot gris, but really enjoyed this one. A little fruit forward but not sweet. I cant have beer , so drank with boiled crawfish. It was great! — 5 years ago

Pinot Gris is my favorite white, usually from Joel Gott or King Estate. I think I like this better. The nose is like an orchard in bloom. Medium bodied, pale yellow. Green and stone fruits finish with just enough sweetness. Delightful. — 6 months ago
