Majority Cab Franc with Cab Sav and Carmenere. Luscious with tons of cherry 🍒 fruit and a nice expression of the terroir of the region. — 8 years ago

Big, deep, yeasty apple aromas with subtitle smoky notes. Dry and crisp on the palate with very gentile bubbles. Rich and slightly bitter with dry Apple flavors, lots of brioche and just a hint of smoke. Has the feel of a great, yeasty beer. — 10 years ago
