Beautiful honey-amber color in the glass. Nose is a little hot with airplane glue and spice. Palate is much softer, still warm though with oak and loads of vanilla and spice. Nice neat, better with a few drops of spring water. — 10 years ago
Smooth...vanilla and warm spices definitely linger around. Very pleased with the oak, not overpowering for a 20 year old bourbon. Enjoy neat or a couple drops of water — 10 years ago

Pretty complex. At first sip, you get a little bit of sweetness and dried fruits, then quickly get the smokey oak and leather and finishes with a hit of spiciness. Smooth, but not as smooth as you'd think a 20 year would be. But considering all things, I'll still be drinking this. Really cool story behind the distillery too! — 10 years ago
