Firstly, we are drinking this wine @ Brett Jennings' amazing Chapel Hill eatery, Elaine's. Love this place, in a world class way. Now, on to the wine - dancing, dazzling half enchanted🍷😎 we are drinking the 04, so it has some time in the bottle (good time)! It's blueberry/raspberry touched and toned, by the barrel, calmly releasing its magic, as one goes., which is slow and elegant for a badass Bordeaux. It lacks the depth of what happened in France in 2000, but it certainly holds traits of the same. Get some, let it open and dive into the mix, then contribute to this conversation...✌🏻️💙🍷&👣 salute! Outstanding. If you want to visit a winery this place is wonderful. Was here a month ago traveling thru Tuscany. The winemakers had us try and guess the smell of this wine and we all got it - tomato - quite unusual and fantastic. I will be ordering more for shipment — 10 years ago
