This is up there in my top 5 this year - this is shooting at me 0 to 60 in a Porsche GTO or 3 seconds but finishing like the tortoise against the hare - a winner and in slow motion - but nice and smooth and long - wait now I am confused - am I drinking wine or getting ready for sex / oh wait - never mind - different story - but this is badass is a glass as my friend @Martin G Rivard would say

All smiles tonight

True that!!

Finca Las Moras

Reserva San Juan Malbec 2014

Sweet and delectable with aromas of vibrant wild flowers. Goes perfectly with baby tortoise after violently shaking them into a soupy consistency. Also pairs well with turrialba cheese that is elegantly salted. — 10 years ago

Covert Estate

Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Was able to visit the up and coming, and stunning estate, of Covert Estate in Coombsville. The tasting room in the caves of the estate is the most impressive I've seen.

Though we got to sample their Sauvignon blanc as well as a clone cab and my favorite which was the Sage (Pritchard Hill fruit), I felt like their estate Coombsville cab represented them best. Could smell it a mile away in the glass. Tortoise like speed for the legs. Great medley of red and black fruits as well as tannins proving this can be socked away for a good while and be just fine.
