Acidic! Reminds me of a young Rochioli chard. Not quite as reductive. Very tart fruit like lemon and key lime pie. Buttered guava. Rich finish. — 7 years ago
This one came out to play right as I was shutting things down. I didn't have more than one sip of this pretty much, but I remembered this being a little more on the citrus side than on the butter or herbal side. A little bit of minerality but seemed to be more fruit dominant than I thought it was going to be.
