Spending some time learning about and exploring #NYcider This is a great place to start. Dry and lightly tannic with pear, flowers. Great acidity and a lingering finish that turns a little farmhouse ale-ish. Stunner. — 8 years ago

What a mouthful of white burgundy! Yum. More years to go but probably near peak? Last glass after 6 days. Opened another 8/30/18 at frog hollow Jim visit. By mistake. Thought it was a red. Excellent still. Great texture and acidity with biting long finish. — 9 years ago
