Yeasty aroma but more predominantly acid, citrus, minerality, wet stone, and floral on the palate. Dry with a tiny touch of sweetness. Soft/creamy mousse. — 8 years ago

Pale golden color with enticing brioche, roast hazelnut, lemon peel, baked apple and ginger aromas with plenty of tiny bubbles. On the palate it's broad, very creamy and well balanced with apple, lemon and kiss of raspberry flavors. Long satisfying finish. 52% Chardonnay, 48% Pinot Noir - 4% aged reserve wine, vintage 2004 and 2005 12.5% abv 2007 Vintage — 9 years ago
Fruity but not overly sweet. Tiny bubbles — 10 years ago
Nice wine, a tiny bit past where I like to drink my champagne but definitely glad to be able to try one with 10 years on it. Fantastic on the nose. — 10 years ago
Beautiful dark pink with tiny streams of bubbles. Body of strawberries that lingered on the palate with clean finish. — 11 years ago
Beauty ! Tiny little soft bubbles that last and last and last. — 12 years ago
Easy to drink fun California cab. Love the glow in the dark label. — 8 years ago
Refreshing! Serve chilled. Nice little scavenger hunt on the back label to spice up your Sunday afternoon! — 8 years ago
Gorgeous light pink color, elegant nose of dark ripe plum, beaucoup tiny pin-prick bubbles that persist like the head of a beer. The flavors are electric dark plum, blood orange, and ruby red grapefruit with a long, lean finish that eventually tapers off with a tartness that refreshes the palate for more. Ultra bruts and low dosage bubbles rock! — 9 years ago
Only 4 months on the market and has great potential. Great on the nose with subtle notes of grapefruit. High minerality and tiny bubbles. — 9 years ago
had it in Stoon with Gwen before Stoon marathon — 9 years ago
Classic yeasty oxy bready vintage. 2005. Tiny fun bubbles with a light effervescent. Easy drinking and delicious — 10 years ago
Tiny bubbles, crisp taste. Not sweet. Good acidity. — 11 years ago

Tiny bubbles. Nicely nutty. — 11 years ago
Pretty good strawberry and some lighter, less severe watermelon notes here. The wine has a nose with a lot of sweeter strawberry and nutty notes. Enters with tiny bubbles all around, coating the glass and your mouth. The finish is VERY mildly tart and quite dry. Overall I think this wine is doing great, especially given its roots. Very well balanced sparkler. Takes me back to touring and tasting in the cave. — 8 years ago
Less Riesling in this vintage... so less distinctive and different and interesting than the corresponding 2013.
Still a very, very well made Napa Chardonnay, low acidity, lots of vanilla. — 9 years ago
Jack and Jamie Davies revived the historic vineyards and cellars in 1965, with a mission to produce California's first world-class sparkling wines. Today, led by their son Hugh, continues with this commitment to quality. A 100% Chardonnay, straw yellow with aromas of stone and citrus fruits, with floral scents. A terrific sparkler shows crisp green apple, orange and grapefruit zest. A medium-bodied, wine with a great mousse, tiny bubbles and nice length on the finish ending with some crisp mineral notes. — 9 years ago
Lots of tiny bubbles, good amount of acid and very drinkable #champagne — 9 years ago
There is something to be said for tiny bubbles! — 9 years ago
Full malt character- much more body than you might expect from an IPA. Lactic palate, not too resinous — 10 years ago
2014 Montepulciano Langhorne Creek. Great pre-dinner drink. Rhubarb, cherry. Beauty. — 10 years ago
It was over 100 degrees here in Dallas before noon. Drink some champagne. Lovely. Red fruit, nicely fizzy with tiny bubbles. Light and wonderfully refreshing on a summer afternoon. Great at the $38 price. — 10 years ago

Big, rich and bold. Lightly sweet up front and tart + spice on the back. A bit on the tart side of the spectrum for me. Tart fruits really pop! — 8 years ago
