Hopocalypse Green Label Double IPA

Ah , Drakes my good friend. You have done it again. The white label version of Hopocalyose Doubke IPA. Plenty of taste without an overpowering bitterness. This is the unfiltered version with plenty of yeasty nastiness at the bottom. Man up. Drink every last drop. — 9 years ago

Simtra Triple India Pale Ale

Oh man! I can smell the hops through the glass.
On tap in a tulip glass.
Nice Amber with medium head.
Floral with citrus. Strong for just a second up front but totally balances at the end.
Think I'll have another.
Medium mouth feel.

Stone Brewing Co.

RuinTen Triple IPA 2015

Boom! Stone kills it again! Do you like long walks on the beach during a full moon? Sauvignon Blanc with floral overtones? Foreign movies with subtitles? Then you will HATE this beer, you little pansy! Man up, grab a bottle, and step into manhood/womanhood. The bottle says it all; "A stage dive into a mosh pit of hops". And they are not talking about a 311 stage dive. More along the lines of a Korn/Godsmack stage dive. — 10 years ago

Underwood Pinot Gris

This is a first for me. This wine was poured from a tin can! I was ready to write about how blasphemous this was, until I tried it. I have to admit, it wasn't bad. It was a Oregon Pinot Gris that had a light straw color in the glass. Had some grapefruit on the nose, and a slightly acidic finish. Can't say it was bad at all. — 10 years ago

Crazy. Super rich like all the other labels but this has an elegance they isn't in their other bottles. Give me a tin a caviar and let's party — 11 years ago

Palate Wrecker Imperial India Pale Ale

Are you a big pansy? Hmm? You don't have to admit it to me , but if you are, don't drink this beer. If you are a man with a pair, grab a bottle of this over hopped high IBU beer with a wonderful color and deep amber backbone. If you are a woman with a pair, well, you should probably keep that to yourself. — 10 years ago

Lot #36 Cabernet Franc 2011

Man this has a nose on it. Woody/damp pine nose/under ripe raspberries. Heady. Almost some spruce notes in there. I usually stay away from cab francs but this is an exception especially given the company and philosophy. More please. If it tastes a little young thats because it is. Decant a bit or hold. — 10 years ago
