R32. Delectable, this is Huadiao Shaoxing wine 3 years made by Gu Yue Long Shang Shaoxing Wine Co., Ltd., Zhejiang, China. — 12 years ago
Even with a four hour decant, this one was so dense. The nose was incredible, lots of purple drank fruits and a hint of meatiness. It was spicy and briary, but kept changing. The palate was still wound up tightly but had a ton of power behind it. Will wait a few more years on the other two in the three pack. — 9 years ago

Really wonderful stuff. You always wonder if holding is better when it's this good now??? Great dry black and blue fruits with a smooth tannic grip. There is acidity to keep it balanced. Drank over three days and it lost nothing. 👍👍👍 — 9 years ago
I know these guys are pretty hands off in the winery, but this was a bit to big and bold for my palate. It did open up over the course of the afternoon, but still concentrated and very fruit driven, with little meatiness. Maybe it needs more time? — 10 years ago
Nose is all big, jammy fruit. Strawberry preserves, blackberries, and cherries. Palate is in three stages, initial shot of red berries, transitions in to a bright, slightly more tart cherry with just a little dark chocolate and coffee, then a beautiful, sweet grain, molasses, and buckwheat honey finish that goes on and on. Exquisite. — 10 years ago

Love this beer, Stone's Famous lank mark strong ale "Basartd" 17 Adversary, combines all three "Basartd's to make the best of all, big fresh hops, because it is only released fresh once a year, big west coast style, leans more to a double IPA, but rich Carmel malt backbone, just awesome brew, nails the best of all three — 11 years ago

It's a very good fruity yet dry beer. But it's not as fruity as the German sitting in the tank. — 10 years ago

Fantastic IIPA. Hoppy of couse. Background of smooth maltiness. Delicious. A couple two three bombers will make everything right as rain. — 10 years ago
All I want for Christmas is alpha klaus! Chocolately, malty, hoppy goodness. — 11 years ago
Sake day three. My favorite so far. This Junmai Daiginjo is very flavorful with a silky texture.
This is also served at Benu, 2-star Michelin restaurant! — 11 years ago
Chocolate, malty and light in body. Not heavy like some other milk stouts — 12 years ago

Deep rich and very smooth for three years young. Pepper and fruit flavors in a positively Pinot wine. Could be sipped on its own merit or paired nicely with a rich or spicy meal. Seems like it would age very well. — 9 years ago
