Makes me want to give up trying and sampling other reds from around the planet. Red as it should be . A benchmark wine of energy and grace. From skin to core, layered with French expression. Worth it's dollar value as every expensive wine should be but often isn't. We're it not for my wife with me, this would have been the real beauty in the room. — 10 years ago

Plum and currant. Very Cabernet Sauvignon as expected. I bought this from a left overs bin for about $30 without looking to see what I purchased.
