Light, fruity. Great with fish, etc. — 8 years ago
Yeah, acid... In such a good way. Floral, herbal, chalky limestone and a whiff of nectarine mingling with some leesy notes. This hits me nicely. Great acidity, yet enough texture and weight to bring balance and keep it from being too linear. Awesome. — 8 years ago
'10. Maldafrica was inspired by an early '80s visit by COS cofounder to Haut-Brion. A truly different 50-50 Cab-Merlot with the house style that crosses elegance with a good kind of rusticity. Giusto Occhipinti (above) was also a phenomenal host and the best kind of Bon Vivant. Seek him out, as the COS story is as inspirational as this very, very yummy and distinctive wine. Like Gulfi, making Sicily among the hotbeds of cool new wines in Europe. COS winemaker's tasting @noragrey. Kudos to Theo and Oenopole! — 9 years ago
Montenegro nose without the sugar on the palate. Delish! @Theo Lieberman you need to try this — 9 years ago

Refreshing like an alpine spring. But more so. Great spice, clean finish, delicious fruit. So refreshing. That word just keeps coming back. — 10 years ago

Theo Coles winemaker. Acidity is intense die to cooler climate, North facing slope of very loose Quartz. Wonderfully floral, 13gl of sugar. Naturally fermented. Honeyed, minerally touch. Off dry. Like a drier Mosel style. Very good. — 9 years ago
2008 vintage, Magnum. Theo Randall, Intercontinental Park Lane, London. Riesling-esque profile at first with ripe yellow fruit and a hint of petrol. Opened up and unvail, rich notes and a full-bodied character. Excellent! — 9 years ago
Delicate. Still so much fruit. Really opens after an hour or two. @Theo Lieberman this was off the hook. — 9 years ago
Opened three days ago, still goes well with weed. — 9 years ago
Special bottle received to celebrate a special moment after birth of Theo (2007). It was HRH Karin showing some sushi skills. Bottle approved by champ himself. — 10 years ago

A delicious spatlese from Theo and his wonderful family. — 11 years ago
Was a long ago present from Theo. Drank with daveed on his 51st birthday in point Reyes. May have lost some its fruit but the nose is beautifully rich, old word woody and the taste has a bright cherry compote with deep wooden tones. Lovely. Year: 2000 — 8 years ago
Great balance, pineapple, apricots, apples. Delicious. Gordons $26 — 8 years ago
