Paring with Langoustine. This Chardonnay is creamy. Good match. — 7 years ago
Always good with a Beaujolais nouveau paring with famous burger from burger joint. — 7 years ago
Drinks well. A little light in paring with steaks — 8 years ago
Bordeaux Blend from the same team that offers Jonata Wines. Dark purple color. Aromas of black currant and blackberry along with pencil shavings, dried herbs and a hint of violets. Earthy tobacco and black fruit flavors with a hint of cola. Luscious with big chewy tannins and long earthy finish. Bold, but this wine still has some finesse. Needs a decant. — 4 years ago
Always looking for new high-acid, Uniaked whites for summer... crisp, clean, med-weight...less than 200 cases.. perfect paring with grilled salmon and pickled blueberry sauce. Nice stoney/salty attack.. with a long, mineral finish. — 7 years ago
Love it. Very light, dry. Perfect paring for summer salads. Not fruity. — 7 years ago
Leather, figs, pineapple and peppercorn on the nose with (maybe because it's the Italian I was eating) a lingering scent of roasted tomatoes. Soft on the palate - good fruit but unobtrusive to food flavour. Perfect paring with pasta (sans red meat) and seafood. Delicious! — 7 years ago
Brought home from Paris back in December. Quite stinky and reductive upon opening - let this bottle breath for a while. I decanted and threw it in the fridge for an hour or so and it came out singing. Chenin-like in its ripping acidity and wooly apple/pear thing, the palate is more elegant than the nose. It was a great paring for a heavily seasoned lean wild salmon fillet. — 4 years ago
Had it with lamb chops. Perfect paring. — 6 years ago
Loved this! Great paring with foie gras at Eleven Madison Park. Had 16 year old cognac in it too — 6 years ago
Always a wonderful wine! And paring it with baked Alaska enhances it's flavors, delicious! — 7 years ago
I'm rating it highly given it's exceptional paring with Lebanese cuisine especially sfeehas and other mezze. By itself still excellent for the price (if you can find it) but reaches the next level with the right food. — 7 years ago
Top notes of lemon and grapefruit, softer less tart finish. Outstanding paring with homemade chicken noodle soup. Very nice wine. — 7 years ago
Caramel, oak, fig, rich berry. Beyond smooth and drinkable right from the start. Amazing paring. Worth every sip — 8 years ago

Smooth and delicious. Tried paring with aged gouda although a creamier cheese would be a better fit.
