Black fruit (blackberry, cassis), herbal (mint, dill), sweet spice (cloves, ginger), pungent spice (black pepper, liquorice), oak (vanilla, toast, smoke), kernel (hazelnut, coffee), animal (leather, blood), mineral (earth, tar).
