Whoa, the pale clear color doesn't really give away much as to what your about to taste in this. It's much more intense than what I initially perceived it may taste like. Faint at the nose as well. Greatly acidic and tart up front on the tongue. It soaks the palate with lemon peel, green apples, pink grapefruit and peaches. It finishes with stoney minerals and a nice touch of some spice.
