Stunning fruit filled flavour. Good depth and joyous with BBQ pork ribs + apple sweet potato bake! — 9 years ago
Nice plum and cherry compote nose. Bit of bitterness. Dry and chocolate-y. Some funky-town. Southern French style and done well. — 9 years ago
Good, but not great. Drink now. — 9 years ago
Strawberries, cherries and rhubarb. Nice, medium bodied wine with just enough tannins. — 10 years ago
Nice full bodied cab, young dark fruits — 10 years ago
Simple and enjoyable. We do not need food for this. Refreshing rate is high with just the perfect amount of berries and LSD in my mouth. Pink wine with bubbles for this price is a novelty and just so barely acceptable even the bubbles and color do enough justice to just keep them coming...please more yes please thank you this balancing act is easy. — 11 years ago
Wonderfully zippy. That's totally a wine word. Don't doubt it. — 11 years ago

Zesty, fresh, and ripe. Dark fruited and polished tannin. A solid Cab good acidity. — 7 years ago
Fifth of our seven year vertical tonight....Scratch that the 2014 came out too.
Deep ruby red. Lovely nose with floral spices, blackberries, aniseed and graphite. Medium plus tannins (7.5/10) a bit more than the previous vintages. Medium plus to full bodied. Notes of gravel, dark baking spices and black bramble berries. Long and lingering finish, a touch dry too. Drink till 2025. — 8 years ago
Wow! Incredible rich deep aged plum. — 9 years ago
Smooth combination of fruits--especially cherries--perfectly softened by the oak... and it continued to improve as opened up. Still one of my favorite WS. — 9 years ago

A rare fifth growth siting. — 11 years ago
Very drinkable — 12 years ago
Classified as a Fifth Growth in 1855, is a close neighbor of Château Mouton Rothschild. A blend of 50% Cab Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 12% of Cab Franc & 2% Petit Verdot. A wonderful wine with the higher % of Merlot than usual, ripe fruit, citrus and spice aromas. Cherry, plum and currant flavors with a nice mineral edge, creamy soft tannins, lingering finish ending with a earthy mineral tang. Very Nice! — 7 years ago
Young and tight but shows where it might go in a few years! Plenty of pleasure and Mendocino red fruit but no doubt more to show later — 8 years ago

7th Edition. At winery. 2/16 — 10 years ago
This Fifth growth was drinking very well. Great structure but tannins soften more than I had expected. Typical aromas for this blend. : 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot and 1% Carmenere. Violets, cassis, vanilla/cedar. — 10 years ago
Beautiful blend. Has staying power over a week and fills out in the glass as it warms. Looking forward to opening these over the next few years. — 11 years ago
Collio DOP 2011, 14%. Bottle taste in November 2014.
Beautiful color, luminous and slightly green.
Typical Sauvignon nose: leaves of tomatoes and geraniums.
Grapes were slightly overripe, short cryomaceration, aged large barrels. Very elegant in the mouth, with taste of sage, but I must admit that I am a Sauvignon lover. This wine won important prizes in France: very well deserved in my opinion. — 11 years ago

Always a crowd pleaser. Aged nicely. Rounded edges. Light garnet. Perfumed nose. Strawberry, powered with caramel and butterscotch notes. Elegant finish. Excellent. — 7 years ago
