If it's good enough for Daniel Boulud, it's good enough for me. Creme caramel with candied orange, moving to a bouquet of mocha and bitter chocolate . Creamy on the palate yet precise. Not a challenging sort of Scotch (lacks overt peat smoke characteristics and jangly alcohol sensations) but is extremely sophisticated nonetheless. A brilliant example of "dessert in a glass", not inexpensive but worth the expense (and effort) to obtain. — 12 years ago
