If you're not drinking wine, this is probably what you want to drink. How often are you able to drink Scotch blended by Daniel Bouloud? — 13 years ago
If it's good enough for Daniel Boulud, it's good enough for me. Creme caramel with candied orange, moving to a bouquet of mocha and bitter chocolate . Creamy on the palate yet precise. Not a challenging sort of Scotch (lacks overt peat smoke characteristics and jangly alcohol sensations) but is extremely sophisticated nonetheless. A brilliant example of "dessert in a glass", not inexpensive but worth the expense (and effort) to obtain. — 13 years ago

Bloody good. It had to be as it cost the price of a small duchy.
I have a whole bottle of this greatness with me. Not a good idea.
Taste is sort of dry, not sweet and not bitter...all in equal mix. Taste of lots of stuff. It's been through different cask apparently. Bourbon, Madeira, Port...
Lovely aroma. Doesn't come to hit you right back. — 9 years ago
