What a surprise! Beautiful pale red. Nose of strawberry and spice. Definitely cold climate, but surprisingly fruit forward with balanced acidity. Everyone is probably not going to like this, but I found it quite elegant. A nice contrast to heavier West Coast domestic gamay. — 7 years ago

Was certain it was muscadet. Low weight, heavy acid. Pocket change flavor, all kinds of lemon, some peach no oak. Has a kind of color that implied possible lees or age to me so I guessed 2-3 years old with lees. No spice. This is a glugger — 7 years ago
