Beautiful color with full body and richness. Fantastic bubbles. Minerals and salty notes in the nose. The mouth is fine with mild notes of something like star fruit and a bitter and almost woody finish. — 10 years ago

A single vineyard Parellada from a forested parcel in Penedés at 700m. Native yeast primary and ML in concrete over the winter. Pretty floral aromatics, mingled with forest floor herbaceous tones, and a hint of beeswax. A short finish makes it a very fun and different white for seafood, grilled veggies or just porch pounding. — 9 years ago
Dark cherry and ethyl nose with spice, medium tannic finish full bodied awesome balance. Loved this wine! — 10 years ago
