Complexxx tasting notes. The first bite was lite but grew as it hit the back of the tongue and lingered. Tasted plum, sherry cask and hints of vanilla. The complex layers of flavor changed throughout night. EXCELLENT. — 10 years ago

Delicate and ethereal with an unexpected spicy finish. Served with a teriyaki of Wagyu beef tenderloin, pumpkin, asparagus and onigiri rice.
