A lot to love about this #wine. Love their range across the board. The wine didn't change dramatically after opening. Pepper seemed to go from crack black to white table over time.

Pours dark shades of red. Nothing blue about it. Moderately dry. Can really pull out the Viognier and its role in the wine.

Deep cherry with slight herbal notes and wild brush aromas. Slightly smokey conjoined with Pepper. Palate is streamlined with deep black fruits. Black raspberry/cherry and more brambley notes. Finish has good structure. Coats palate and shows fine tannin. Opened 12/24/15 — 11 years ago
