Magnum of the 2005 opening up nicely!!! — 12 years ago
The fruit was still very much present, mostly stewed raspberries, cranberries, and red plum. The earth was the shining star, composted soil, tobacco leaf, and very much dusty. The acid was still in tact, and the finish was very long. Just the way an aged Bordeaux should taste!! — 12 years ago
Very good wine we discovered in Washington State — 11 years ago
Vanilla, cedar, very dry in the mouth. Blackberry. I liked it. Paired with pork chops with a port, peppercorn and cream sauce and roasted asparagus and sweet potatoes — 11 years ago

Great everyday dinner wine; light, yet flavorful. — 11 years ago
1992. Would have been better 5 yrs ago but still very nice with dried more than fresh fruit (prune/raisin more than plum/ grape) but still a touch of tannin on first opening. Definite cedary Napa dust gives a bit of structure. — 11 years ago
