Full, inky, chewy, soft but strong tannins. Beautiful wine but would be tough to pair with anything but barbecue. Probably best after dinner with cheese, chocolate, dried fruits. — 10 years ago

Funny. Negroamaro is not known for its shelf life... but this 2004 is drinking beautifully. The classic deep dark plum, mixed with earthy, wet Forrest floor that I've come to expect from negroamaro. This grape is so silky in the mouth. I love it. — 9 years ago
