juicy with just the right amount of dirt. dangerously easy to like. wish this lived at my house. — 8 months ago
Easy drinking at its best! Light and juicy, but by no means superficial. Dark berries, Cherry, some earthern notes and pepper. Gentle flow with medium acidity on the palate, tanins finish with a short and finely dosed grip. — 2 years ago
Gorgeous number with ripe peach and pineapple. Full mouth feel with zippy finish. Lush and tropical. Lovely this! — 3 years ago
Light and dry. Tart hints of lemon and a mild grassy flavor. Great wine for the value. — 5 years ago
Fresh on the first day, deep fruit, a joke for the price, exceptional value for the money (8€) — 4 months ago

One of the bottles we brought back from our stay in the Lot region. Opened 1 hour and 30 minutes before serving. Served over a charcoal grilled super ribeye piece. Great pairing!
Very different take on cahors than the ones we tasted over there. Oak, chocolate, cassis, blackberry, cherry, a menthol thing too. Very inviting and complex. The palate shows a very long acid drive, some nice matter, a soft mouthfeel, some cherry, chocolatey and blackberry notes, some typical grainy, dusty tannins, and a long, everlasting finish with that dusty layer, some cherry, an oaky note reminiscent of the nose and a nice, delicate, savoury touch in the rear, with a very nice pinch of umami to make it great. Less extracted than expected (and than Le cèdre cuvée I had a few years ago), an elegant, modern Cahors. Great stuff! — 10 months ago
End of the bottle, but still good. — 3 years ago
Demi-sucre vraiment bien après souper — 5 years ago
Nice pepper and current flavor. Enjoying with some cheeses and olive oil and bread. Tannins are well balanced with the fruit. I’m a big fan of Malbec so I might be biased but this is a very tasty wine. — 5 months ago
Jalapeño/bell pepper, raspberry, chalk, underripe blood orange rind, medium tannins (leaning towards medium plus), dried herbs, slightly smoky, cherry on the finish and nice acid. Previous bottle could meld with chicken, not so much on this one. Will save to have with some meat tomorrow 😁 — 8 months ago
Gros manseng!! Who knew it could be this good? High acidity, savory finish. Mineral and stone. — 10 months ago
