Off the hook! Great with food even better by itself. One of the best Pinots I've had. Could drink every day — 10 years ago
Great nose without the overly-oaked style of Cali Chards. Enough body to hold up to roasted chicken, but a light feel on palate. — 11 years ago
Really spectacular wine! Rich tannins, dark fruit, and a floral and earthy nose. The terroir comes through beautifully, along with a buttery soft and warm glow on the back of the tongue. This wine is a sensory delight from start to finish. — 13 years ago
Smells like winter ❄️ menthol, apple, toasty, creamy, touch of honey on the nose. The taste lemongrass, rose petal... Gives you a silky tongue 🌹😛 — 10 years ago
Beautiful Aussie Riesling. Dry as the Sahara, complex and acidic. Will get more of this. — 10 years ago
Dry, leaner Viognier with loads of character. Floral, aromatic. — 11 years ago
2009 vintage from High Eden (my favourite terroir for Aussie Riesling). Pale lemon green hue. Ripe lemons and limes, and diesel TDN. White peaches and chalky minerality with a whiff of gun powder. On the palate, dry, not too oily and only medium minus body. Fresh and crisp acidity cuts through this wine like a knife. Alcohol is low in a Mosel way. There's great intensity of flavour and a ripe lemony / limey finish that is quite persistent. Not archetypal Aussie Riesling here. There's a deft hand from the wine maker and clearly an attempt to make a feminine, delicate wine not meant to overwhelm the drinker. Personally, I would age this another 5 years to get some more interesting tertiary characteristics - the structure of the wine (concentration and acidity) suggests it will improve further. — 10 years ago
2005. A house favourite and one of the best expressions of New World Riesling which exists. The late release adds both a great story but the required time to make this superb wine really sing. — 11 years ago
Wow! Wish I had another case of this. 13 years of patience was the right call. — 12 years ago

Gold wine. This has the acidity and freshness of those new fashionable Sonoma coast Chardonnays, but with more bravado and the confidence to wear its oak. Delicate lemon and pear fruit, anise, hazelnut. — 10 years ago
