Good choice for dinner parties. With Quinlan, Gruswitz and Papa/Mimi. Liked by all. — 8 years ago
Dry. Tart. Berries lingering at the end. Color is great and not obnoxiously pink - which reflects in its light and crisp, but not lacking flavor. Structure held up to manchego cheese (and peanut butter cups! What?! I couldn't help myself.. Ha!) got this on sale at the local grocery - may be worth it full price but definitely a great bargain and sure to be a people pleaser at parties for the sale price point! — 9 years ago
I tried this during a tasting at Round Barn and had to take a bottle home. It's a little something different that is perfect for holiday parties. — 9 years ago
Great wine for large parties even small ones. Serve fairly cold on a hot summer day and you will dream of pineapples, passion fruit, and kiwis. Slightly dry. — 9 years ago
For $10, I use this as our go-to every day wine and for big parties. All my guests love it and think it's a $20-$30 bottle — 10 years ago

I cannot believe I'm about to say this, but I loved this wine. Soft, very round, luscious raspberry/cherry and vanilla up front with a slight chocolate finish. Has a moderate alcohol content, but tastes hotter than labeled. Overall, phenomenal value for everyday drinking. Had with an herb roasted pork tenderloin and roasted broccoli and went great with it.
Justin says it had a forgettable fade away, but thought it was very drinkable and fruity. Will def drink again at large parties. Drinks like an avg $8 bottle.

This is a great Cabernet from Napa Valley. Well balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food.
Showing nice complexity and mouthfeel.

Drinking nicely now and will be good in the next few years.
I paired it with beef tenterloin.

A go-to fav for dinner parties. — 11 years ago
Medium plus aroma of peaches, gala apple, banana and lemon. Slight salinity. On palate, fruit salad (apples, white grapes, bananas, melon) with a definite mineral presence, refreshing but tame acidity, and a slightly bitter finish (referred to as phenolic by somme) — 11 years ago
Great stuff for parties! — 12 years ago
Such an interesting wine. Love the underlying elderflower notes. Love that it's such a different wine for WA. — 8 years ago

Sweet but not a dessert wine. Starts sour but in a nice fresh way. Raspberry, cherry, finishes with a medium dryness. Wouldn't drink it every day but a fun, tasty wine for parties. — 9 years ago

On a crystal clear sub-zero, star bright night, the snow pack on the mountains gleaming and the fire roaring we attended the first of several parties for friends moving to the interior of BC . We opened the night sharing another of our old loyal friends that never lets us down Taittinger Reserve Brut Champagne. Still lovingly family owned in an age of conglomerates “Old Taitts” blends 40% Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunière into a superb blend that giggles on the light and cheery side. A lovely aperitif to start a night with old friends. 12% alc/vol Cheers 🥂 — 7 years ago
