Really enjoyed this one. A lot less bubblegum fruit than the previous year but the soda-like element that others have commented on is definitely there. — 7 years ago
Very smooth, perfect in a vodka soda with a lemon, or a with fresh sweet and sour with a splash of tonic — 8 years ago
Lovely with soda and a twist of lime — 9 years ago
This bottle of 06 SC is different than my last. It starts with brioche, almond croissant w/powdered sugar, golden & green apple, apple cider, apple sauce, bruised pear, toffee, overripe pineapple, citrus, citrus blossoms, honey, nuts with skin and cream soda/ginger & butterscotch candy on the long open/finish. The acidity is just right. There is length, balance and a long polished finish. Mmmmmm!!!! At $60, this surpasses Krug cuvée and competes with other vintage Krug's I've had. — 9 years ago
I know nothing about Chardonnay but it was nice to drink. — 10 years ago
Been stored in our cellar a few years before opening today...great taste and goes well with the meat — 11 years ago
Best with soda when feeling blotted — 12 years ago
2016 was an excellent vintage for this wine from Soda Rock. Big, bold, but well rounded. This is just a big and juicy wine. Pairs outstanding with pizza or any red sauce Italian dish. I bought a case from barrel tasting last year and it’s always a treat to open up a bottle. — 6 years ago

Awesome Cabernet! Nice long lasting finish — 10 years ago
An absolute favorite since we first tasted at Buvette. Like drinking a delicious strawberry/cherry soda. Red jolly rancher, grape must nose, awesome value. Simply one of the most different and unique wines I've had. — 10 years ago
Strawberry soda Funtime explosion, perfect acid to make it drinkable — 11 years ago
Woweee! Our favorite. Makes my lips and gums tingle ! LOVE it! — 13 years ago
Basque region. Light, spritzy and low alcohol. Think bone dry strawberry-lime soda with an alkaseltzer thrown in. — 6 years ago

Beautiful champagne...especially for the money. Cream soda, minerals and yellow florals on the nose. The palate is; lightly bruised green apple & Bosc pear, citrus, pineapple, cream soda, butterscotch, quince, baguette, fine bubbles, delicate fine chalkiness & mineralogy, enjoyable acidity & long, rich finish. Certainly, one of the better champagnes and value in Champagne. Happy Valentines Day all! ❤🍾 — 8 years ago
In my limited experience with Zinfandel wines, prior to this bottle, I was never all that impressed with this varietal. Silverado has opened my mind to a new world of possibilities. — 9 years ago
Really enjoyed this. A bit of a fruit bomb but was what I was in the mood for so it fit the bill. Needs some time to open up in the decanter but lots a fruit with some earthy notes starting to creep in. — 9 years ago
Totally refreshing on an August DC night. Cider? beer? Wine? Soda? You can keep folks guessing. But they likely all will agree it's darn good stuff... — 11 years ago

Staring the night with cheese and bubbles. This may be the only really good Champange at $25 a 750ml and $50 a magnum. I would drink this over most sparking wines as most sparkling wines lack chalk for me.
Beautiful, bright lemon, lime, ripe pineapple, cream soda mousse, under ripe melon, orange, stone fruit, grapefruit with pith, touch of brioche, nice medium intensity volcanic mineral, round chalkiness, brilliant acidity and rich reductive finish.
Excellent QPR here.
