Tried a sample at a wine tasting bar in store. Very pleasant - not aged in oak which I prefer. — 7 years ago
Dark cherry and a dash of herbs, with a savory middle and finish, excellent concentration, and terrific with a duck breast with a beet sauce. — 7 years ago
Wow. Almost Chardonnay-like. A bit buttery. Great with fish. — 7 years ago

A bit more on the cherry cola rather than just cherry end of the spectrum than I prefer, but nonetheless nice — 7 years ago

2014. As always, consistently fruit forward full of dark fruit the makes you want to have another glass. It has the smooth mouth that goes so well with meat. — 9 years ago

An interesting Red blend from Bethlehem.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and nice long legs.
Tangy finish with medium, round tannins.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, sweet cherries, vanilla, wood, earth, barnyard, vegetables, spices, smoke and dark coffee.
Soft and smooth and very enjoyable. Feels like an old world wine.
Had it blind and called Austrian red. Wrong.
Made with local grapes grown around the winery. Organic.
13% alcohol by volume.
89 points.

Very good ✨ — 10 years ago
I've tasted many vintages of this designation, particularly the 04 vintage.
The nose has a nice perfume of cherries and blueberries and dried herbs. Palette is well behaved. Tannins are pronounced, but well integrated. Alcohol at 14.2 is kept in check with the tannins and acid profile. Lovely notes of spice box, oak and black fruits. Flavors persist for ages. Great bottle! — 10 years ago
