This has beautiful aromas of plums , dark cherries and pepper plus maybe a little cedar. All of that exploded in your mouth with touches of tobacco, leather, ripe dark fruits and a bit of licorice that mix with wonderful tannins and dance a ballet in your mouth. Smooth and sexy finish. I can't wait to revisit the 2010 in five to seven years to see how it develops. — 9 years ago
98 was supposedly a challenging year but this is soft subtle sexy cab. Not getting any better but delicious. Tannins softened up. Dark fruit. Plums a little chalky on the finish — 10 years ago
Man this was sexy, displaying so many aromatics, red & black fruits, violets, bacon fat, earthy, leather and spice box. Mouline has always been my favorite of the La La's — 10 years ago
Sexy plummy nose with a hint of graphite and oak spice. Silky resolved tannins with good acid backbone. Good black cherry fruit and persistence. Very nice. — 11 years ago
Classic fruit bomb smooth rich seamless. Soft pretty red fruits. — 11 years ago
Love this California blend — 12 years ago
A big fruit, oak bomb. Once it opened up it was quite nice. Getting better with age. — 9 years ago
A nice light bodied, easy drinking red blend, low acidity, peppery at first with a long finish of blackberry jam. — 9 years ago
Okay here we go -- my Christmas wine. Had it with medium rare filet mignon and grilled lobster tail.
Had the same bottle a few years back and it was missing something. Maybe it wasn't decanted long enough? (Although I had the resto at the time decant as soon as I entered) either way, I decanted this bad boy for over an hour and boy did it open up --
It starts off nice and round but shows off its depth with layers of flavors and structure with each second it lingers in your mouth. Dark fruits but not overbearing or jammy. Luscious tannins that balance out with a nice bit of minerality.
Okay enough is enough - this wine was the fucking bomb. Turns out #OpusOne knows what it's doing. :-)

Quite the funk bomb. Needed time to open but when it did it became much softer and even balanced. tasted like a classic older Bordeaux. — 10 years ago
It was definitely a sexy Shiraz. Easy drinking and went perfect with Netflix! — 11 years ago
Better as it gets warmer. — 11 years ago
Who doesn't like the intro Produttori? The 2007, if you can find it, is the bomb. It's jacked up with with riserva juice that didn't make the cut. — 12 years ago
At this price point, this is about as good a California Cabernet that you can get. These ladies have produced a gorgeous rich and unique blend of chocolate and blackberry that has no rough edges. Not your typical fruit bomb at all. A feminine and seductive experience indeed. Will soon try the 2013. — 9 years ago
Someone said about this wine 'if you like California Cabernet, you'll love this'...#truth. Dark fruit, body; if this was slipped into a blind Cali mountain fruit tasting you would swear this was the sexy one. — 9 years ago
So fun to drink. Cranberry and mineral bomb. — 10 years ago
Had this from a solo cup while chillin at the holiday inn in Longview texas. So obviously excellent ambiance. Very rich and savory butter bomb. — 11 years ago
Blackberry, liquorice, and minerals on the nose. Flavors of currant and spice in the mouth. Silky, sexy, sweet. Pauillac at its best. Decanted, but didn't need to. Drinking well now. — 11 years ago
Biggest cherry bomb Pinot I have ever had. Tons of fruit for a Pinot. Very good!!! — 12 years ago

Wow this is a luscious sex bomb of a wine. All berries and cream with a mocha and clove kiss at the end. Silky smooth and sensual. Incredible. Don’t pair with food. No need to wait. Drink it now with 45 mins of air. Wow — 8 years ago
