Very cool. All the tannic funky flavors of a serious cider with tart acidity balanced by a judicious sweetness. — 9 years ago
Phenomenal ice cider that went perfectly with terrines and goat cheese — 9 years ago
Cider + herbs infusion + surprise = a kind of herbal American amaro — 10 years ago
Reserved nose, very soft effervescence. Great structure and robust, almost meaty palate. Would pair well with blue cheese, mature Brie or salty aperitif. — 8 years ago

Absurdly great. Good luck finding a better American perry out there. Vanilla, passion fruit, oak. — 10 years ago
Nose of apple cider, hot spice, crayon, aldehyde, with the hotness definitely penetrates the nasal cavity. Taste of some aldehyde, caramel sweetness, orange peel and zest, hot spices, gas burn, concentrated sugar, and some woody barrel flavor. Aftertaste is quite long and fulfilling. The flavors are bold but enjoyable. A very good Bourbon indeed. — 8 years ago

Finnriver Country Peach Brett Cider. Loved this on tap recently & was lucky to fine the last few bottles available in Seattle at the Ballard Farmer's Market. The combination of apple, peach & brett is intoxicating. A cider for sour beer lovers. — 10 years ago
