Classic barolo with nice mature earthy floral aromas. Used to be available @gramercytavern — 11 years ago
High altitude Torrontes from Salta. Smells like a Gewurz and tastes a little like a Viognier. Lots of floral, herbal and spice components. Layers of flavors that continue to evolve in the glass. Good acidity and an enjoyable bottle. — 11 years ago

Savory, pungent, explosive aromas. Mushrooms cooking down in red wine. Umami. More umami. So good. Maybe not aging for much longer, so go get it. At its best in the glass, it had moments of brilliant lusciousness. Happy to have experienced it. — 11 years ago
