Another stellar Champagne. Not quite to the level of the 99 Salon for me, but I think both are so good it is an individual preference matter. This was a little more on the yeasty side, with a little more brioche going on. — 10 years ago

Salon being BdB will develop earlier complexity; Krug 2000 tasted at their cellars two weeks ago #uncorkedandcultivated #wineandfoodtour #france2015 ; just had occupied the full space yet; building up the brioche yes; but underlying acidity amazing; so both wines will go in the opposite direction.
