If in Denvet, go to Fort Collins for some breweries too. One if my faves, Funkwerks, saisons. This is a lighter version, but still has the orange citrus, Indian flavors, and a touch of sour to it. Grapes, and aged I'm Chardonnay barrels, I wasn't picking that up too much. 7.5 ABV. I'm just a big fan of their beers. — 8 years ago

Generally not a fan of hoppy Saisons, but this is really interesting. The Mosaic hops provide a floral lift that elevates the typical saison notes while the brett adds a nice bit of funkiness to the finish. A cool brewery making interesting beers. — 10 years ago

As a homebrewer who has made both Sake, and continues to make Saisons, I find this an amazing well though out integration of Kojii, Beer yeast, and grain.

A dry wave of semi sweet mid weighted liquid rolls over the palette with a strong dry finish of lemon and herb. Fantastic innovation. — 8 years ago

Mystic 'Everyday Saison'. Chelsea Mass. Retrieved from my Boston trip as a beer that would suit my palate. Great suggestion. Not many Saisons can be called session.
