Floral hops character with a touch of caramel maltiness. Nice but a bit thin in body. I may need to change to a better accompaniment to the best in world Cohiba Behike cigar. This second production of Behike is my favorite with deep rich tea, cream, and leather. Cigar is an absolute 10. Upon reflection, the beer is somehow nicely mirroring the flavors of the cigar, so I've upped my rating. Not a bad pairing at all. — 9 years ago

Hello sailor! Now this is a finely tuned razor sharp Aussie Riesling. The Great Southern seems to balance out the mineral/slate and lime/ citrus characters that you find in Oz Rieslings beautifully. Drink now or hold for a decade or two. — 10 years ago
