Unmistakably Steiermark SB - green asparagus, nettle, grass with a pronounced mineral, stony, slightly smokey backbone. On the palate this is tightly wound around a core of juicy, vibrant, mineral acidity. Yet it has (just) enough body & great depth with a spicy, vibrant mineral finish to make it a really profound wine. This one should wait for at least another 10y.
