I'm not sure how @Hardy Wallace gets so much flavor and complexity packed into something that is as light and graceful as this. Cranberry, rhubarb, rocks, earth and mushroom. Orange zest. Smoked meat. I need too figure out how to not drink these for a while, to see what they become. — 10 years ago
Delectable identified this as originating in New York for some reason. This winery is in the Niagara region of Ontario, specifically Beamsville. — 10 years ago
We tried this at Mayakoba Rosewood in Playa Del Carmen. Knocked our sandals off! Beautiful nose, refreshing. Delicious and festive! — 10 years ago
Classic Rioja This Riserva is soft spicy and fall of elements of clove, cedar wood, rosewood, and Ebony. Nice wine but the 1952 grand reserve is superior. — 12 years ago
Fantastic. This Chardonnay would terrify the cougars at the Rosewood or any other local divorcee bar... Bright pear and green apple, fig, burned wheat field, and faint, pleasant mustiness. — 12 years ago
Bright with a lot of cherry jam notes. Easy finish. — 8 years ago

Butterscotch and slight violet bouquet. Beautiful creamy, butterscotch and very slight orange finish desert wine. Outstanding! — 10 years ago
This wine is to be drank with family! This wine is so BIG. It is HUGE!!! Very classic tempranillo pitch black, absolutely black, coffee-like dark, dense granate. Sumtuous nose of cherry scented shoe polish, incense, sandalwood, and rosewood, very fine and expressive. Very big development on the palate, but hugely driven by oak. Cherry scented tobacco, deep and dark, with huge tannins and slight banana peel nuance. A tempranillo on steroids, somewhat difficult to identify. Way too much make up. Decant this wine for a good long while before drinking. Syrupy and goopy. Finish stays a good long minute. 90 pts. — 10 years ago
What a special treat. Much like the Pedro Jimenez, the oldest component here is from the 1850's. Thick and syrupy with raisins and prunes on the nose and palate. This "sticky" is absolutely amazing with Mason King George Christmas Pudding. — 10 years ago
Invite the fox. Used it for strawberry wine cooler — 11 years ago

We decided to stay in so thought this Rosewood Pinot Reserve would go well with our duck prosciutto and Quebec cheeses. — 10 years ago
Such a detail from the wine director of the mansion rosewood at turtle creek... Crisp, elegant, decadent... — 10 years ago
Val di Neto IGT 2012, 14%. Bottle tasted in January 2015, made with Magliocco Canino grape from souther Italy.
Color: rich, deep purple.
Nose: cherries soaked in spirit, withered flowers, licorice, graphite and rosewood.
Taste: what a BIG wine! Rich, powerful, thick and "chewable", pleasant tannins, sweet and round.
A new favorite for me!
NOTE: I gave 5 stars to this wine not only because I loved it, but because the ratio quality / price is excellent! — 10 years ago

Fantastic! Everything you could ask for in a cold climate Pinot Noir, it's here: opulent, aromatic nose, full of fruit and a touch of earthiness. Balanced, elegant medium body with red berries on mid palate and pleasant hint of jam at end. Solid length. Oh, yes! — 8 years ago
