You’re whizzing by vibrant green fields of gigantic flowers, their petals flapping slowly in the wind like sheets drying on a line. Old oak trees growing fruits in colours that don’t exist yet. Glowing fireflies just above your head like painterly orange astronomy. 2003 Vin Santo del Chianti Classico from our trip in Tuscany in Italy. Hands down the greatest dessert wine I have ever tasted. Aged for 6-8 years in a room on the rooftop of the villa in small chestnut wood barrels. Intense sweet aromas of figs, vanilla, honey etc...t least what the online review I read stated.
