2013 - I'm usually not a rose drinker, but this one was quite pleasant combining strength and finesse, and a light spicy note ☺️ — 9 years ago
The cover label is one of the best parts. Full bodied and full of golden hued tropical divinities. #laterable — 10 years ago
50% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 15% Rolle. Rose petal, strawberry, watermelon, ruby red grapefruit. Juicy, vibrant acid. Nicely balanced — 10 years ago
Subtle nose, great colour. A sauv blanc-esque punch in the face at first, then a smashing finish. Excellent. And the pairing is easy, just see the label! — 11 years ago
Soupe du jour! Really easy day sipper — 7 years ago
One of the best domestic Rolle.....I mean Vermintino in the US. — 8 years ago
Great wine, lots of depth. My favorite. — 8 years ago
Light and smooth. Medium tannin. Dry and not acidic. — 8 years ago
By far my favourite white wine right now, cloudy, deep golden colour, med body. Tart apple, tea & melon- like reminds me of Sauternes without the syrupy sweetness. — 9 years ago
Has a sweet, yet floral taste to it. It's a great Rosé! — 10 years ago
Really cool blend. I think of Sauvignon, chard, Grenache blanc, and other stuff, not completely sure, but completely integrated and focused wine, still super fresh for 13 years old, very very high acid, worth seeking out for lovers of esoteric whites — 10 years ago
Fourth course pairing - red mullet, carrot — 6 years ago
Good Wine good company — 7 years ago
Great bottle of rose, layered and complex. Got anything from red berries to white peach to a hint of grapefruit. — 8 years ago
Great after taste — 8 years ago
One of my favourite Languedoc whites. Made in small quantities from old Rousanne and Rolle (vermentino) vines. Densely packed with fruit, minerals, and and plenty of acidity. One of the truly fine and hitherto fore relatively unknown jewels of the Languedoc! [incidentally I opened a bottle from the cellar two days later which wasn't half as good - was it the setting, bottle variation, or company?] — 9 years ago
Meyer lemon rind, honeydew melon, passion fruit, gardenias, saline, dried herbs, fresh tarragon. Excellent rounded acidity, oily-juicy texture, medium bodied, salty-floral-herbal crisp finish. Highly aromatic, rich texture with nervy acid, persistent saline makes this an incredible food wine. — 9 years ago
Love the 3L! — 10 years ago
Love this rose. Great reflection of Provence. The guy that sold it to me said, "smells like peaches, tastes like sunshine." — 10 years ago
