This prosecco is clear and pale lemon in colour.
The nose is clean and pronounced with aromas of pear, green apple, melon, peach, honeysuckle and acacia.
On the palate it is dry with high acid, low alcohol, medium body and a medium (+) intensity similar to that of the nose. It has a long finish and is very elegant.
I think this is an outstanding wine with well defined floral and fruity characters. — 8 years ago
Clean Prosecco with a nice yeasty flavor. Dry, clean and bubbly. — 6 years ago
Medium body and finish. High acid. Very French in style. Medium tannin. Likely to round out into a Right bank-esque, lithe beauty in 7-10 years. — 7 years ago
