15 barrels of classic Cabernet seven year old grown on black Sage Road and Oliver meets the smooth and Rich Merlot from a Vineyard in Osoyoos. A tribute to the Bordeaux wines of France, with rich full, flavors. Well aged, notes of blackberries and earth. Medium-bodied, soft tannins. — 7 years ago

This prosecco is clear and pale lemon in colour.
The nose is clean and pronounced with aromas of pear, green apple, melon, peach, honeysuckle and acacia.
On the palate it is dry with high acid, low alcohol, medium body and a medium (+) intensity similar to that of the nose. It has a long finish and is very elegant.
I think this is an outstanding wine with well defined floral and fruity characters. — 8 years ago
