2005 vintage. At Le Trianon in Epernay with Jay and Richard. Medium amber hue. On the nose, lots of red currant and forest fruits, with slight medicinal tone. Metallic minerality. On the palate, medium plus acidity, medium body and alcohol, medium concentration of flavour. Medium plus finish. Still very young and lacking in complexity at this stage of development.
