I am a gigantic new fan of Harris Bridge near Wren, Or. It’s pretty bold to make only apertifs, vermouths, and stickies in this Pinot driven market. They do it so well. The base wine and brandy is all from their own vineyard and still. All blended with botanicals from their property and elsewhere. The Reverie has primary notes of orange zest, chamomile and cardamom, finishing with melony herbaceous note that I can’t quite wrap my head around. — 6 years ago
Wow. Opened this at the right moment. The 2008 is at that point where it is exceptionally expressive and loaded with complexity wrapped in soft, adding tannins that are just beginning to dissipate. — 7 years ago
Light nose, little tannins, smooth, blackberry, wood hints. Love it. — 8 years ago
Drink now. Velvety and soft, great fruit. — 8 years ago
#magnumswithfriends happy birthday Ro! Not quite as spectacular as Diamond Creek or Constant, but very supple and approachable already. I have to say it softened significantly after an hour. It's awesome. My unfair criticism is that it beats reverie but falls short of Constant or Diamond Creek, both of which are exceptional producers. — 10 years ago

This is very fruit forward but a little spice. Wonderful wine — 5 years ago
Inaugural vintage from the renewed Reverie Winery. Medium yellow hue with an inviting nose that evolves with air. White flowers on the nose with citrus zest and some honeysuckle. Additionally perfumey notes and some tropical fruits when it warmed up. Day two brought on more citrus notes like oranges and something similar to acacias. Crisp and fresh on the palate with bright acidity (6.5/10) and medium bodied. Solid minerality on the palate with notes of citrus, stone and tropical fruits. Maybe some lychee. Medium plus finish. Drink till 2021.

60 bottles made. Deep garnet/purple in color, smell of dried Bing cherry, bubble gum, berry and oak. Smooth tannin with long finish, very balanced wine. — 9 years ago
Hadn't had this in awhile. Love Diamond Mountain fruit and wish more people played around with Tempranillo. — 10 years ago
Late summer reverie — 5 years ago
A buttery chardonnay, an all time favorite. The ultimate comfort white, the one you turn to in a summer rain. You curl up with a good book, a cat sprawled on your lap, and drink fast before the sunshine returns and wrecks your reverie. Drink fast, and all will be right with the world. — 7 years ago

Barrel aged from his Touriga Nacional led blend of old vine Portuguese vines lost in the Sierra, this delicate yet plush rosé brings sensations of dreaming of summer-- of tomatoes, peaches, & watermelon-- like a lyric from a song you know you'll never forget-- like a sensual reverie on "this floating world" where "parties are never meant to last..." — 8 years ago
