Wispy and aloft like that blonde girl with the short bob from 8th grade summer camp. But also, with some backbone, like that girl that told Nolan he was a bully and that he couldn't speak to me like that in the fourth grade. #TetherballPolitics. — 8 years ago

My favourite of their Champagnes. The high percentage Pinot noir gives this a fantastic fruitiness. Juicy strawberry and melon with a balanced brightness from the 15% Chardonnay. The light pink colour is from red grape juice not maceration. Lovely! Especially special sipping it at their tasting rooms on the Côte des Bars. — 8 years ago
Great bubble quant, size and perfect dryness. Happy bday Bebe! — 8 years ago
The first of the Rudy K auction purchases. From Beth's birth year, grapes harvested during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Tasting great and balanced, given its age. Exciting! — 8 years ago

Not a rosé for the faint of heart. Saignée and 100% Grand Cru Pinot Noir this has plenty of red fruit and minerality. Robust and captivating with food. — 6 years ago
Black fruits confecture mixed with yeasts that gave this champagne a beautiful smell of pastry balanced with high acidity level on the palate. Persistant perlage, recommended! — 7 years ago

2005 vintage. Herbal, minty, tan, leather, black fruit profile, cardoman and nutmeg. On the palate, great acidity, medium tannins - chunky. Good concentration and long finish. Chocolate and coffee notes coming through. Proper wine. Could be kept for another 10+ years. — 9 years ago
