Buttered toast with jam. Amazing wine! — 9 years ago
One of the best dry Riesling I ever had, for what ever reason, just so youthful, clean and tasty. I beautiful drink memory. — 9 years ago
Second grade producer, second grade vintage, so wasn't hoping for much, but this was actually pretty impressive, with petrol-infused, candied peach fruit, dried flowers and (considering the vintage) lively acidity. Actually wished I had more bottles, as this will provide pleasure another 5+ years. — 10 years ago
Dry, more fruit than stone/earth. Angular with acid to support the sushi. — 10 years ago
Fun !!!!!
Evolving nicely. Drink it slowly — 10 years ago
Sweet fruity so smooth with your throat. I just love it — 10 years ago
Like honey and ripe fruits and never over jammy or overpowering with its sugar. Instead it's subtle acidity plays a good hand in the balance of this sweet wine. An excellent expression of Germany's finest style of BA wines. — 11 years ago
Lush wine that's much deeper than its Alsace cousins. Grassy minerality and crisp chalky acidity. Amazingly under 15 dollars, big QPR! — 8 years ago
Yum. Totally balanced — 9 years ago
Super juicy and fresh. Great acid and sweetness balance. Still youthful. Slight phenolic finish. Peach, honey. A great bargain find! — 9 years ago
Vila. Cata Riesling. 115,00.

Lovely nose intermingling mango, papaya, lemongrass, lime, kiwi, light toasty notes, stone, edge of mineral and orange/acacia honey. Light in alcohol, towards light body, harmonious palate of sweet grape, honey notes and freshness of sweet Apple, lime, orange. Good acidity, good character only showing hints of classic Riesling age. — 10 years ago
This is the 83 vintage. Fantastic showing. I always loved 83s but this one is special. Everything it should be. Elegant, complex, seamless with a long finish of candied fruit with excellent balance. — 10 years ago
Everything I love about Riesling: off-dry, petrol hints, pure fruit - and not expensive! — 10 years ago
2009 off dry Riesling from the mosel. Yum! White blossom, honeysuckle and slate nose, kick ass acid and luscious viscosity that brings out the citrus, honeydew melon and minerality in the palate — 11 years ago
Свеж, тонок, на фруктах — 8 years ago
Yummmmmmm. Also Batman. — 9 years ago
Fresh crispy riesling — 9 years ago
A lovely balance of tropical fruits, honey, and acidity. — 9 years ago
Knocked a few points off because it didn't make me question the very nature of reality (I've had a couple wines that have, so they get to be the tens). Really excellent multi-faceted complexity though. — 10 years ago
Beautifully aged Riesling. Petrol, Apple, evolved complex finish. — 10 years ago
Wow! Thirty years in the bottle and still bursting with sweet white grape flavors and lively acidity to balance the sweetness. — 10 years ago
Couldn't re taste unfortunately — 11 years ago

Almost perfect. I had a German Riesling at a local restaurant last week that was better, but I did not record the name. Bond Wines North Carolina
