Dark cherry fruit and equally dark color. Full-flavored and very food friendly. Had with grilled rabbit and found it excellent. — 9 years ago

not too sweet - I like it! — 9 years ago
From taste: Very herbal, with white pepper, clove and rosemary at the fore, cherry liqour and a touch of mushroom. Good intensity. Very rich, bursting with cherries, quite fat palate, lush and finishes herbal again. Fine length, acidity is low but offering its pleasure now with your spaghetti bolognese. — 9 years ago
Low alcohol, dusty fruit, and nice acidity. Kind of Zin I prefer — 9 years ago

13.9% alc. Harvested at 38 Brix. RS = 132 g/l.
I enjoy the low alc. lightness on the palate while it still delivers over-ripeness, burnt caramel and prune characters.
Resembling a light Banyuls this is quite unique and very enjoyable. — 9 years ago
