Always a good bottle for me. Been counting and already had 5 bottle of this great value wine from the queen of burgundy. Still holding up good with smooth and elegant mouthfeel. Fascinating- this Cabernet is vinted in a Shiraz-like style, slightly jammy with dark Berry and currant flavors. It excelled as a cocktail wine and even paired nicely with a bowl of tofu miso seaweed soup! This sounds rather odd but this wine *works*. — 10 years ago
