Earthy notes like a Pinot noir but peppery like a Shiraz. Light body. Enjoyed this with good friends around the fire. — 9 years ago
Sans grande surprise mais tout de même satisfaisant! Non-boisé, d'une certaine richesse et en prime de la fraîcheur. Orange, citron vert, floral... — 9 years ago
We bought this wine 2 years ago & let it age, saving it for a special occasion. It was well worth the wait! It was gorgeous - full flavored without being heavy. — 9 years ago
Ruby red grapefruit on the nose and strawberries on the palette. Refreshing & crisp. Really love! — 10 years ago

So good. Must be consumed at a low temperature. Turns too sweet when warms to room temperature. — 9 years ago
Definitely one of my favourites. Too bad we can't get more of their wines in the East. — 9 years ago

Expressive, elegant, refined 100% Chardonnay shows purity of essence!
5-20% of wine is aged 1yr in lightly toasted Allier casks, then 4-6months in SS.
Intense amber color, golden glitters.
Refined nose of cantaloupe, meadow flowers, fresh salinity, citrus peels. Amplified by soaked apples after 20min of aeration.
Mineral, elegant, mellow palate of medium+ body. Finely balanced acidity. Vanilla, mango, white cherry, white raspberry, pineapple.
Persistent finish of soaked apple & pineapple.
Pair: quails salad. — 9 years ago
Fascinating medley of pear, honey, sweet basil, and mild heat, similar to pepperocini. Paired perfectly with Vietnemese Chim Cut Roti (sweet roasted quails) — 9 years ago
A strong wine with a full cherry flavor. — 9 years ago
Dirty Pinot. Really developed tertiary aromatics. Old leather, tobacco, dried cherries — 10 years ago
Dry, fruit-forward Riesling. Intense aroma of citrus, especially lime. Rich in colour. — 11 years ago
Sharmian
Full bodied Pinot, acidic but drinkable, lots of tannins, therefore great with goat cheese and strawberries with whiskey smoked duck breast (what we had it with and it was yummy). Pepper notes, very French style. Maybe strawberry and plum notes. — 8 years ago
